Sam has always surrounded himself with food. After attending Urrbrae Agricultural High School, he then went on to become a chef locally and abroad.
Getting the most out of any resource has always been a key driver for Sam, which makes managing a project with SV and Cathedral Cherries hugely satisfying.
Rob Christoper
Cathedral Cherries Co-Director
Rob's family owned property houses the Cathedral Cherries enterprise. Rob works through the year on farm maintenance, harvest and production alongside the rest of the Cathedral Cherries Team.

Rob also is a co-director of Bonfire Station Farmstay and Microbrewery. One of his many ideas for the SV funding is to brew cherry cider using Cathedral Cherries produce - utilising his skillsets accross two industries.
